High-rate receive UI release.

  • Replaces per-cell traffic widgets with a lightweight table model and fixed log-column sizing.
  • Keeps Follow latest enabled by default and tracks scrollbar range changes so the newest row remains visible.
  • Adds an explicit Follow latest checkbox for stable history inspection.
  • Stops automatic decoding of repeated live frames; Refresh details decodes the selected/latest frame on demand.
  • Throttles traffic status updates while retaining the rolling 2,000-record history.
  • Processes the reported 42-byte realtime frame with 100 startup frames in about 0.018 seconds and 6,000 frames at about 6,961 frames/s in UI stress testing.
  • Passes 36 automated tests, minimum-window visual checks, packaged Qt self-test, and 9-layer Windows icon verification.
