  • Routes About-page project links through the same checked launcher as buttons.
  • Opens HTTPS links through the existing Windows Explorer shell first, which works with the application's elevated process.
  • Falls back through os.startfile, isolated ShellExecuteW, Qt desktop services, and rundll32.
  • Applies the launcher to project, Skill download, guide, update, and com0com links.
  • Rejects non-HTTP/HTTPS schemes before invoking Windows.
  • Passes 40 automated tests, packaged Qt self-test, and 9-layer Windows icon verification.
