1102tools Stable 1.0

This release promotes all five federal acquisition agent packages to stable 1.0.0 through the 1102tools GitHub marketplace:

  • Market Research Agent 1.0.0
  • Pre-Award Agent 1.0.0
  • GovCon Growth Agent 1.0.0
  • Other Transaction Agent 1.0.0
  • Acquisition Policy Agent 1.0.0

Marketplace version: 1.2.0

The maintained distribution is 1102tools.com to this GitHub-hosted marketplace. This release is not an official OpenAI, Codex, Anthropic, or Claude storefront listing.

Supported clients

Two client families and four tested surfaces are maintained:

  • Codex Desktop
  • Codex CLI
  • Claude Code in Claude Desktop
  • Claude Code CLI

Install or explicitly select the intended agent before giving the natural-language request. Ambient automatic routing is controlled by the host and remains best effort.

Codex Desktop and Claude Code support complete DOCX and XLSX workflows when required artifact tools are available. Codex CLI supports chat, research, routing, and DOCX; when its spreadsheet runtime is unavailable, an XLSX workflow must stop early and offer JSON plus Markdown/CSV or a Desktop handoff.

Qualification

  • Clean remote GitHub installs passed in isolated Codex and Claude configurations.
  • Real RC-to-stable updates passed in both clients.
  • All twenty real-update and clean-install package-tree comparisons matched repository bytes.
  • Ten of ten stable explicit installed-agent smokes passed across Codex and Claude.
  • All nine pinned federal MCP canaries passed with pacing and credential redaction intact.
  • Deterministic schemas, validators, component locks, routing tests, package tests, and representative artifacts passed.
  • No unresolved P0 or P1 defect remained at release.

Update

Claude Code:

Repeat the update command for each installed agent, then restart or reload plugins. Third-party marketplace auto-update is opt-in.

Codex:

Repeat the remove/add pair for each installed agent, then start a new task.

Boundaries

  • Tavily is an explicitly selected optional third-party provider and is never a silent fallback.
  • Keyed federal sources require user credentials and remain subject to upstream availability and rate limits.
  • Agent outputs preserve required approvals and authorized decision boundaries; they do not replace professional or legal determinations.
  • Claude Desktop chat/Cowork, Copilot, DeepSeek, and other compatible hosts are not maintained release-blocking surfaces.
