Game code unpacking is now implemented in the loader. This means that dumps no longer contain game code, or, in fact, any code. It is however still potentially possible to compromise your system with a crafted dump, although it is much more difficult and will require really creative thinking. Therefore, using dumps from other people is still not recommended.
This also means that the dump size reduced drastically (~99.97% reduction on my end). Unfortunately, it is still not possible to get rid of the dump requirement completely at this point. This goal may eventually be achieved in the future.
