• Node minimum bumped from 18+ to 22.12+
• Removes support for h descriptors which were proposed but ultimately unsupported sindresorhus/srcset#6 (via #6)

Changes

• Dependency count decreased from 5 to 3
• Disk cost decreased from 244KB to 72KB!
• Switches from parse-srcset to srcset by @tmcw in #6
• Dev: Switch to vitest, remove unnecessary deps by @tmcw in #4
