Add IP Lens product landing page

Summary

• add the branded IP Lens landing page, privacy page, and support page
• integrate IP Lens into the existing navigation, homepage, footer, and sitemap
• centralize product configuration, App Store state, pricing, providers, and support details
• add the real app icon and four product screenshots
• preserve the existing buffer.lol design system and responsive behavior
