foxy [FIXES]

when you see foxy on camera and is about to attack you, the camera will automatically switch off, just like in-game
Foxy no longer moves if you are ANYWHERE on the camera
properly timed foxy's attack when not manually triggered
fixed issue where you wouldnt be able to see foxy on cam 8, it additionally wouldn't trigger a manual attack

chica [UPDATES]

added cams 10 chica
chica now has higher chance of moving forward than moving backwards
updated the outdated screen update detections for chica

[FIX] winning the game and playing again would instantly win the game
events.cmd will now take arguments which tell the program the difficulty of the game
pressing 0 in the menu instead of A or Space will activate 20/20/20/20 mode
