Reworked the cam states from scratch
Added power usage visuals
Upon launch, attempt to create a shortcut unless it already exists
Fixed outage detection issues
Changed cam 7 to 11, and the cams after 7 are lowered by one value (visual change only)
fix: After outage, losing wouldn't play scream sfx
