Drive Euro Truck Simulator 2 with comma.ai's openpilot driving model.

Install & run

1. Unzip SimSteer-v0.11.0-win64.zip.
2. Run install-drivers.bat once (installs the ViGEm virtual gamepad).
3. In ETS2: bind the controller to the new Xbox pad and set the steering deadzone to 0.
4. Launch SimSteer.exe. The overlay + tuner open. Drive manually for a few minutes until calibration reads CALIBRATED, then press INSERT to engage.

What's new in v0.11.0

• Ground-up rewrite (simsteer/): a clean, game-agnostic driving loop and a one-file-per-game profile registry.
• Overlay draws the model's predicted path, lane lines, and road edges projected onto the real road surface (model-height + plan-Z elevation), so they ride hills and dips correctly.
• Less phantom braking: ACC reacts only to confident leads, and it brakes only for genuinely tight corners — no more flinching at shadows.
