ocean-plot v0.1.1 — PyPI installation ready

PyPI installation documentation

This documentation patch replaces the initial pre-PyPI instructions with the published package installation command and adds the PyPI version badge. Plotting behavior is unchanged from v0.1.0.

python -m pip install ocean-plot
ocean-plot demo --output-dir demo

For NetCDF4 and coastline maps:

python -m pip install "ocean-plot[netcdf4,maps]"

Requires Python 3.10+. Code is MIT licensed. Package checks and the 42 scientific/CLI regressions run in the publishing workflow before upload. Scope and limitations remain documented: rectilinear grids, explicit time/depth selection, no invented missing values, and rejection of unsupported dateline domains.
