What's new in v1.0.1

Zero-registry portable mode - now fully portable:

  • Portable Node.js is installed inside the package folder - no system PATH changes, no registry writes
  • The dsh package is installed locally via
    pm install --prefix - no global install, no system changes
  • Security software (Huorong/360 etc.) has almost nothing left to block: no popups about environment variables
  • Uninstall = delete the folder (nothing left on the system)
  • Existing behavior kept: 3-stage progress, up to 3 retries with manual guidance, resume after interruption, zero-download fast path, CN mirror fallback

Usage

  1. Extract the zip anywhere (e.g. D:\ or Desktop - not Program Files)
  2. Run setup.bat once to create a desktop shortcut with icon
  3. Double-click "DSH Web UI" to start
  4. First run installs components inside the folder (a few minutes)
  5. Add your DeepSeek API key in Settings
