• Regex front-ends no longer go blank in SillyTavern: SillyTavern decodes HTML entities in a code block one extra time. That broke the escape table in the front-end runtime, so status bars, body beautifiers and start pages compiled from assembly sheets ran no script at all and showed empty frames. The runtime and the data compiled into the page no longer contain HTML entities. Cards you exported before: assemble and export them again in 1.3.1.
• Hand-written front-ends follow the same rules: the regex prompts carry the escaping rules, and the assembly check reports HTML entities in a code block as an error and & touching a letter, $1 and {{ as warnings; one-click making asks the AI for a fix round on an error.

• 制卡工坊的小队：「工作室设置 › 制卡 › 小队」里的「子代理」可以设成关、只读或可写，默认关。打开后，规划和分区可以派小队成员分头做：「查资料」只读，交回带出处的要点；「写组件」只改分给它的组件。人物总览、出处索引、设计书、变量表只由主 AI 改。成员写的文件算进「本轮写入」，【撤销本轮】会一起撤销；对话里能看到每位成员在做什么，也可以单独停下。「自行组队」决定由 AI 自己判断什么时候派，还是只在你要求时才派。同时跑几个，看「同时运行的 Agent」；每个主 AI 最多带几个成员，看「成员额度」。
• 分批写：分区 AI 一次请求只写一个组件文件；规划先写设计书，再一批一批登记派单。中转站中途掐断时，损失的只是一小段。一键制作遇到还没写完的派单（比如逐个写人物），会在同一个对话里接着做，最多自动续 20 轮；上次停在一半的派单，下次一键制作也会接上。
• 中转站更稳：
  • 网关新增「无响应断开」，默认关：回复中途超过设定的秒数（15–300）一点数据都没有，就断开重试。
  • 「上游服务商」「每分钟请求上限」和「重试次数」保存后，重启不再丢失。
  • 服务器回 429 时，整个网关的冷却真正生效。
  • 中转站常见的临时报错（上游繁忙、超时、Bad Gateway 等）也会自动重试；密钥、余额、内容审核这类错误不会白白重试。
  • 排队、冷却、重试会显示在工作台的状态栏和制卡工坊的输入框上方。
• 工作台子代理：自己建的子代理和读到的 .claude/agents、.agents/agents 子代理都能派出去，主代理也看得到；自建子代理多了「说明」栏。探索员、规划师始终只读。「成员额度」（原「默认小队人数」）真正生效。派成员的工具和内置角色改用 Cardwright 自己的叫法：执行员、探索员、规划师。
• 显示修复：变量表编辑框的每一列都能完整显示，表头不再压住第一行；选模型的菜单无论在哪里打开都不会被裁掉。

升级须知

• 项目文件夹里读到的子代理（.claude/agents、.agents/agents）改为默认关闭；要用的话，到「设置 › 工作区能力 › 子代理」里重新打开。
• 1.2.0 每次重启都会丢掉网关的「上游服务商」「每分钟请求上限」和「重试次数」。升级后请再填一次，之后会一直保留。
• 在开发者模式下改过内置提示词的：这次更新过的提示词会标为「默认已更新」。想用上新的小绘身份、分批登记派单和接着做的标记，请先恢复默认再改。

• 小绘: the built-in AI is now called 小绘. Ask which model it runs on and it names the model and gateway you configured, and says it cannot verify which model actually sits behind the gateway. It talks with a personality of its own — says little but says it clearly, honest, quietly curious — while the files it writes and the fixed formats the app reads are unaffected. Switch off "小绘's personality" under Profile & appearance if you prefer; the name and the honest model answer stay.
• Squads in the card studio: Studio settings › Card studio › Squad has a Subagents switch: off, read-only or writable, off by default. When it is on, planning and section AIs can send squad members to work in parallel: 查资料 (research) only reads and reports key points with their sources; 写组件 (write components) changes only the components assigned to it. The character overview, source index, design book and variable table are written by the lead only. Members' writes appear under "Written this turn" and "Undo this turn" reverts them too; you can see what each member is doing in the conversation and stop any one of them. "Self-organised squads" decides whether the AI chooses when to send members or waits for you to ask. How many run at once follows "Concurrent agents"; how many members one lead may hold follows "Member quota".
• Batched writing: a section AI writes one component file per request; planning writes the design book first and then registers dispatches in batches, so a relay cutting a reply short loses only a little. One-click making continues an unfinished dispatch (such as writing characters one by one) in the same conversation, up to 20 automatic rounds, and the next run picks up a dispatch that was stopped halfway.
• Steadier behind relays:
  • New per-gateway "Disconnect when silent", off by default: a reply that receives nothing for the set number of seconds (15–300) is cut and retried.
  • The upstream service, requests per minute and retry count no longer reset when the app restarts.
  • The gateway-wide cooldown after a 429 now actually takes effect.
  • Common temporary relay errors (upstream busy, timeouts, Bad Gateway and the like) are retried automatically; key, balance and content-filter errors are not retried in vain.
  • Queueing, cooldown and retries show in the workbench status line and above the card studio composer.
• Workbench subagents: your own subagents and those read from .claude/agents or .agents/agents can all be dispatched, and the lead sees them; custom subagents get a Description field. 探索员 (explorer) and 规划师 (planner) always only read. The Member quota (formerly the default squad size) is now enforced. The dispatch tools and built-in roles use Cardwright's own names: executor, explorer, planner.
• Display fixes: every column of the variable table editor is readable and the header no longer covers the first row; the model menu is never clipped, wherever the picker sits.

Upgrading

• Subagents found in a project folder (.claude/agents, .agents/agents) are now off by default; turn the ones you use back on under Settings › Workspace intelligence › Subagents.
• 1.2.0 lost a gateway's upstream service, requests per minute and retry count on every restart. Enter them once more after upgrading; they stay from now on.
• If you edited built-in prompts in developer mode, the prompts this release changes are marked "default updated". Restore the defaults to get the 小绘 identity, batched dispatch registration and the continue marker, then edit again.
• A custom role saved under executor, explorer, planner, researcher or writer is renamed to "-custom"; its tasks and settings follow it.
• The Member quota is now enforced: a low value refuses larger squads.

• 修好了「400 status code (no body)」：网关多了一项「上游服务商」。接本地中转或轮询时，自动识别看不出后面是谁，于是会把只有 OpenAI 官方才认的字段（prompt_cache_key 等）一起发出去，严格的服务直接回 400，中转又把原因丢了。现在可以直接指明后面真正的服务（OpenAI、英伟达 NIM、DeepSeek、OpenRouter、智谱、Moonshot、Together、xAI、Cerebras 等），按那家接受的参数发送；认不出的地址只发通用参数。
• 请求诊断：请求失败时，错误卡片上可以看到实际发出去的参数、工具名、各角色的消息条数、HTTP 状态和关键响应头。不含对话正文、工具参数和密钥，可以直接贴出来问人。
• 每分钟请求上限：每个网关可选，默认关。按任意 60 秒计算，这个网关下所有任务、小队成员和重试都算在内；超出的请求在本机排队，状态栏显示本分钟用了多少、有几条在等。服务器回 429 时整个网关按它给的时间一起暂停。重试次数也可以自己设。
• 删除对话：左栏、任务菜单、已归档列表和制卡工坊的分区对话都能删，按住 Ctrl 或 Shift 可以多选，已归档还有「全部删除」。删除会连带子任务、小队成员、会话文件和检查点；项目文件、项目记忆、卡的组件文件和派单都不动，每天的 Token 统计也不会因此变少。
• 导出为 Markdown：把一段对话连同思考过程和工具调用导出成一个文件。
• 破限：输入框旁多了一个开关，默认关。内置普通和严格两档创作前提提示词，也可以从酒馆预设里挑条目导入；导入的只存在本机资料目录。开启后随这个任务（或这张卡）的每次请求一起发送。
• 思考强度做成滑块：六档强度换成一条会亮起来的星空滑轨，两端写「更快」和「更聪明」，你设的默认档标「推荐」，Ultra 那档会显示小队人数。开了「减少动画」就不闪，窗口不在前台时暂停。
• 制卡不再动不动就拒绝：批量生成人物或剧情、同人资料不足、派单跨分区，以前会直接拒绝并让一键制作停住；现在只提醒一句代价，你坚持就照做，不会再拦第二次。与设计书冲突改成建议起一张改动单。尺度由你当场定，答完写回设计书。只有确实缺上游产物写不出来时才拒绝。
• 变量表编辑器：变量表是卡里变量的唯一真相源，以前改一个默认值要请 AI 重写文件。现在可以直接按行编辑路径、类型、默认值、范围、取值、维护者、时机和说明，保存时按卡自己的读取方式校验一遍，再重新生成 Zod 结构、初始变量等全部产物。填了子路径会自动补上缺的上级。
• 换对话可以关掉：一段对话想用多久用多久，阈值和开关都在工作室设置里。
• 冷启动：工作进程现在逐段计时，启动超过 5 秒会说明用了多久、最久的是哪一步。实测本体初始化约 2 秒。

• The "400 status code (no body)" is fixed: a gateway can now name its upstream service. Behind a local relay or proxy, detection cannot see who actually answers, so fields only api.openai.com accepts (prompt_cache_key among them) went out anyway; a strict service refused them with a bare 400 and the relay dropped the reason. Name the real service (OpenAI, NVIDIA NIM, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Z.ai, Moonshot, Together, xAI, Cerebras and others) and requests carry the fields that service accepts; an unrecognised address receives only widely accepted ones.
• Request diagnostic: when a request fails, the error card shows the parameters that went out, the tool names, how many messages of each role, the HTTP status and the response headers worth reading. It holds no message text, no tool arguments and no credential, so it can be pasted into a bug report as it stands.
• Requests per minute: optional per gateway, off by default. Counted over any rolling 60 seconds across every task, squad member and retry on that gateway; a request over the limit waits on this computer, and the status line shows how full the minute is and how many are queued. A 429 pauses the whole gateway for as long as the service asks. The retry count is configurable too.
• Delete conversations: from the session list, the task menu, the archived list and a card section's conversation list, with Ctrl or Shift for several at once and a delete-all for archived tasks. Deleting takes sub-tasks, squad members, session files and checkpoints; project files, project memory, a card's component files and dispatches are untouched, and the day's token totals do not shrink.
• Export as Markdown: a conversation, its thinking and its tool calls as one file.
• Framing prompts (破限): a toggle beside the composer, off by default. Two built-in sets, or entries imported from a SillyTavern preset; imported sets stay in your data folder. When on, they lead every request that task (or that card) makes.
• The reasoning effort slider: the six levels become a night sky that lights up as the level rises, labelled faster and smarter, with your default marked and the squad size shown at Ultra. It stops moving under reduced motion and pauses while the window is in the background.
• The card studio stops refusing what you can decide: generating several characters or plot entries at once, thin source material, and a dispatch that strays into another section were flat refusals that paused a run. They are now one warning that names the cost, after which it does what you asked. A conflict with the design book proposes a change order instead of stopping, and explicit scale is asked about once and written back into the design book. Only a genuinely missing upstream product still refuses.
• Variable table editor: the variable table is the single source of truth for a card's variables, and changing one default used to mean asking the AI to rewrite the file. Rows are now edited directly — path, type, default, range, values, owner, timing, note — validated on save through the loader the card itself uses, and everything derived from them is regenerated. Adding a nested row fills in the containers the table requires.
• Changing conversations can be turned off: one conversation can run as long as you like; the thresholds and the switch are in Studio settings.
• Cold start: the worker now times its own phases and, when start-up takes five seconds or more, says how long it took and which phase was slowest. Measured, Cardwright's own initialization is about two seconds.
• Upgrade: download the new installer and install it over the old version; your data directory is kept.

• 导入分类：导入时先按条目名认出初始变量、变量规则、地点总览这类条目；主页的「未分类条目 · 整理」可以多选后批量移到分区，也可以先让 AI 给出归类建议，你确认后才移。
• 对话渲染：工作台和制卡工坊的对话都换了新的渲染：代码高亮、语言标签、长代码折叠，思考过程实时显示、完成后折成「思考了 N 秒」，连续的同类工具调用折成一组，输出时有光标、平滑跟随滚动。

• Variables right the first time: the variable-structure section writes one variable table, and the app generates the Zod schema, the initial variables, the variable list, the output format and the path list from it. Assembly adds four checks: the variable paths front-ends read and write, record limits, whether the example patch applies, and whether the render regex matches. Imported cards get a derived table to check against.
• Better-looking, consistent front-ends: the status bar, body styling and character-creation page are written as assembly sheets, and the app compiles them with its own runtime and seven style skins; the status bar comes in three forms (placeholder, a status head inside the body, a floating app). Hand-written HTML still works.
• Previews for the status bar and the creation page: the preview runs a simulated 酒馆助手 (SillyTavern's helper) over the initial variables; edit sample values and send an update; what the creation page would write to the world book, the input box and the variables is listed instead of executed; phone, tablet and desktop widths.
• Change orders: 提改动 on the card's home page, or /改动 in any section. Say what to change in one sentence, prune the impact list the AI proposes, and click 照单开做 to run the changes section by section in dependency order; a change to a single file is made directly and can be undone. Pasting an error report works the same way.
• Sorting imported lore: imports recognise initial-variable, variable-rule and overview entries by name; 未分类条目 · 整理 on the home page moves many entries at once, or asks the AI for suggestions you confirm before anything moves.
• Conversation rendering: the workbench and the card studio share a new renderer: syntax highlighting, language labels and folding for long code, thinking shown live and folded into "thought for N seconds", repeated tool calls grouped, a cursor while writing, and smooth follow scrolling.
• New-version reminder: once a day the app compares its version with the latest release on GitHub and shows a notice in the top bar that opens the release page; it downloads and uploads nothing, and can be turned off in Settings.
• Also: the card studio bundles Noto Serif SC (SIL OFL 1.1, subset); new checks for catastrophic regex backtracking and Android regex dialect; the checks for Google Fonts, large embedded images and lore wrapper tags are now warnings, so cards that already work in SillyTavern still export.

The styling guidelines are rewritten, with three new presets: 粉樱, 和纸 and 霓虹夜.
• Withdraw in the card studio: clear an unsent draft; take back a message while the reply is being written, with its text back in the composer and its dispatch back to 未派 (not sent); edit and regenerate a written one.
• Themes and a desk pet: Profile & appearance offers Dark, Light and Red, pink & white, plus your own theme packs. The desk pet floats in a small window above all others, reports the task at hand, its progress and today's tokens, brings you back to that task when clicked, and can be dragged anywhere on the screen; it is off by default.
• Two gateway presets: a local model (Ollama, llama.cpp, LM Studio) and a local proxy gateway, each with a one-click self-test; Cardwright neither ships nor installs these services.
• Fixed: Copy message, Copy reply and the dispatch card's Copy did not copy; stopping a reply in progress could take several seconds; a conversation whose first turn was stopped that way could not send anything afterwards.
• Upgrade: download the new installer and install it over the old version; your data directory is kept.

• Fixed: opening 拼装 (the assembly bench) for an imported character card could leave the whole window blank, white or black.
• Improved: when a page of the interface fails, only that page turns into an error card; the sidebar and the top bar keep working, and the card copies the diagnostics in one click. Cardwright 0.9.0 is a local agent workbench for Windows projects, with a separate card studio.

What changed

• A three-pane desk: conversations grouped by project on the left (pin, rename, archive, search), the conversation at reading width in the middle, and a splittable panel on the right — files, changes, checks, terminal, browser, plan, todos. A path:line in a reply opens that file at that line; the agent marks chapters in long conversations, with a rail of dots in the margin.
• A built-in browser replaces the separate preview window. You get an address bar and tabs; the agent gets open, read text, read elements, find, click, type, screenshot, console and network. Its logins are kept apart from the application. Local addresses open straight away, any other site asks you first, password and payment fields are never typed into, submitting a form asks you, downloads are refused, and you can take a page over at any time.
• Closer to Claude Code: 13 slash commands, Shift+Tab through the four permission modes, subagents from .claude/agents, and hooks in Claude Code's settings.json shape that can be imported and tested one by one.
• Card studio: one-click making (dispatches in order, pausable), developer mode with prompt overrides, per-card permission and model, and material search without shell commands.
• Quiet by default: the right marquee and the energy gauge are gone; the start-up animation and interface sounds are settings, both off by default.
