Ship the aiohttp dependency fix from #2.

python-socketio's async client needs aiohttp for the initial HTTP
handshake regardless of transport, but uvx's isolated environments
didn't have it. Declaring aiohttp>=3.8 directly fixes pine_send_message
and pine_get_history when running via uvx without `--with aiohttp`.
