Improve French lookups for apostrophe contractions (c'est, s'est, l'autre, etc.).
Handle both straight and curly apostrophes.
Preserve German split-verb detection when common abbreviations (z.T., z. T., etc.) appear between verb parts.
Add regression tests covering the new edge cases.
