  • Fixes the Regimes tab being unavailable when an authorized user enables Shadow Override.
  • Allows enabled Shadow Override users to inspect the latest save, reset in-game passwords, and undo resets, while preserving confirmation, save-conflict safeguards, and attribution to the actual user.
  • Keeps access restricted to the current Overlord or an authorized user with Override explicitly enabled, with regression coverage for enabling and disabling it.
