Completes the P0/P1 release gate and updates SwiftWeb to the released SwiftHTML 0.14.0 dependency. Fixes Standard WASM generic component storage in Storyboard, Toggle, and DisclosureGroup while preserving their typed public APIs; strengthens App, AppServices, and Scene metatype concurrency contracts; and updates README, examples, scaffolds, CLI templates, and E2E fixtures for the current releases. Validated with the full Native test scheme, repeated focused tests, Standard and Embedded WASM builds, Storyboard browser bootstrap, real minimal/AI template builds, and the complete Chromium development/HMR E2E gate.
