EXP reset

  • Add @exp reset for a non-destructive preview.
  • Add @exp reset --confirm for an explicit full reset.
  • Remove only EXP-owned task metadata and restore unprefixed task titles.
  • Move ledger, goals, and pending proposals to recoverable Obsidian trash.
  • Clear automatic queues and baseline existing completions to prevent historical re-awards.
  • Preserve unrelated TaskNotes fields and automatic EXP settings.
