Implements Bot Engine core logic

This commit introduces the core logic for the Bot Engine.
It includes functionality to load node definitions from a SQLite database,
execute nodes written in C#, Python, and JavaScript, and manage
the bot's runtime memory (RAM). It also includes basic error handling
and logging.
