Mluva 2.3.0 lets your phone act as the PC's microphone: live words appear in the desktop widget and phone preview, and Stop on either device ends the same recording. The PC microphone stays closed. Phone recordings follow the native provider, language, rewrite, History and retention choices.

The separate Mluva Everywhere companion provides accounts, named devices, bidirectional live text and cloud text history. Its backend runs on AWS Lambda with API Gateway, Cognito and DynamoDB; the app shell uses private S3 storage behind CloudFront. Hosted microphone transcription is disabled until additional latency is measured against the 100 ms requirement. The native phone recorder remains available with the PC's chosen speech provider. Hosted history is separate from native History.

Download mluva-2.3.0-omarchy-x86_64.tar.gz and SHA256SUMS. Verify before extracting, then install the native app and matching widget:

sha256sum --ignore-missing -c SHA256SUMS
tar -xzf mluva-2.3.0-omarchy-x86_64.tar.gz
cd mluva-2.3.0
bash linux/install.sh
bin/mluva-install-widget

Quit Mluva before upgrading. The prepared bundle needs the documented system libraries, with no compiler or Python. Existing settings, History, audio and model caches remain compatible.

The optional mluva-2.3.0-phone-bridge-omarchy-x86_64.tar.gz supplies the separate mluva-web executable. Configure its protected hostname, Cloudflare Access and Tunnel as described in the phone recorder guide. Native installation does not start a web listener or change access policies.

The optional mluva-2.3.0-tensaku-omarchy-x86_64.tar.gz retains the unchanged pinned Tensaku 0.29.0 binary, narration patch and dependency notices. Verify and extract it, then run bash linux/install-narrated-editor.sh --prebuilt-dir /absolute/path/to/mluva-2.3.0-tensaku-omarchy-x86_64 from the extracted native bundle.

Validation: the required native tests, both strict Clippy configurations, formatting/generated checks and private shortcut check passed. The exact 601-file native archive installed and launched on a private desktop with Python blocked; all inventory hashes, modes and links, idle status and public Quit passed. Eleven hosted tests, three-device browser acceptance and SAM validation/build passed. Real Cognito sign-in, three-device AWS fan-out, DynamoDB history and account isolation also passed. Temporary accounts and data were removed. Hosted CI is on demand and was not started.

Physical iPhone/Android behavior, device locking and real microphone/permission dialogs remain unverified. Automatic paste, Live rewrite, Meeting and screenshot context retain their Experimental labels. No sub-100 ms or general performance claim is added.
