Blender 4.4+ made huge updates to the EEVEE render engine and their API. This made some functions in the add-on not work and give errors, resulting in the add-on not installing/working. I temporarily disabled all these functions since they didn't contribute majorly to the desired effects from the presets.

Changelog:
• Updated to Blender 4.5+.
• Removed lines that accessed deprecated render settings for EEVEE.
