What's new in v0.1.3

  • Fixed wikilink architecture for bilingual vault
    All pages in wiki-ru/ now use explicit [[wiki-ru/...]] prefixes → links work correctly for Russian readers in Obsidian (no more resolution to English pages).
  • Improved bilingual lint rules in CLAUDE.md and GEMINI.md
    Clear, defensive rules prevent future link drift between languages.
  • Full lint run completed — zero broken links, consistent frontmatter, and clean separation between EN and RU layers.
  • New TODOs file with vague notes on what needs to be done.

The wiki is now fully bilingual-ready for Quartz deployment.
