Fixes

• vav . / vav <path> — open the requested directory reliably (use open -n + --vav-workdir= so the path is not dropped)
• Dock drop — declare folder/file document types so dragging onto the macOS app icon opens a session

After installing

1. Replace /Applications/vav.app with this build.
2. In Settings → vav command, click Install again so the shell launcher is rewritten.
3. Then try vav . and Dock drops.

First-run notes

Neither build is code-signed, so both shells will object the first time.

• macOS (Apple silicon) — drag vav to Applications, then run
  xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/vav.app once.
• Windows (x64) — SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway.
