• 自動偵測 g++ 是否已存在，已安裝則跳過安裝流程
• 透過 winget 自動下載並安裝 MSYS2
• 透過 pacman 安裝 mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-gcc（UCRT64）
• 自動將 C:\msys64\ucrt64\bin 寫入系統 PATH
• 寫入後即時廣播 WM_SETTINGCHANGE，環境變數立即生效
• 彩色終端機狀態輸出（info / success / error）
• 錯誤發生時暫停等待使用者確認後再退出，防止 .exe 閃退
