Documentation/help refresh for the current v0.3 API surface.

Changes:

  • Rewrote movertrack SPEC around the implemented tracking_mode smart/pan/off solver.
  • Documented shortest_pan as a compatibility switch, not the legacy pan-only solver control.
  • Expanded fixturemap README/SPEC coverage for outlets, autobang, load/inspect messages, raw channel messages, and ptbytes integration.
  • Updated Max help patches with missing fixturemap examples and a real movertrack bang message.

No runtime code changes beyond the package version bump.
