Allay in a Bottle v2.0.0

Due to internal code changes necessary for this update, the new version is not compatible with older ones (previous captured allays can no longer be released). How to update your world is described below.

Added

• Vexes can also captured in bottles (thanks to @giggity404)
• Allays automatically pair with the Noteblock they are placed on (thanks to @giggity404)

Fixed

• updated resourcepack to 1.19.3

Updating

1. release all captured Allays
2. uninstall the old version completely (see description)
3. install the new version
4. capture the Allays again
