Install Module error writing config file

The config file will not write correctly, using the Twig template, because 'email_auth' is a boolean. In this case, nothing is generated and so config.php throws an error when it is loaded stating it found an unexpected comma on line 34. I'm not familiar enough with Twig to resolve this myself.
