v5.1.3 — 配置一致性 + 设置面板即时生效

  • profile 只治理 review/apply 姿态：安全闸门 includePendingPreferences 与能力/隐私/UX 开关（modelAdvisorEnabled / semanticSearchEnabled / llmExtractionEnabled / includeUsageInAdvisorPrompt / workStatusEnabled）移出 profile 模板，纯由设置面板 / set_config 掌控；doctor 不再就用户的显式能力选择误报 policy_inconsistent。
  • 设置面板即时生效：订阅宿主 plugin_config_changed 事件，原地刷新运行时 config——改设置无需重载插件即生效。唯 learnFromUsage 仍需重载（已在面板用 reloadRequired 标注）。
  • 降噪：code_patch 调查工单不再为环境性 / catch-all 错误桶（network_error / tool_error）生成。
  • 仓库卫生：benchmark-results/ 生成产物取消 git 跟踪。

门禁：851 测试（846 passed / 5 skipped / 0 failed）、check / complexity / release:check ready · 100。真机 Hanako v0.345.x 复测 doctor Good / 88、policy_inconsistent 消失。
