主要功能：
1、每日出站、入站、累积出站流量统计并发送至tg.
2、系统异常时发送信息至tg
3、ssh登录时发送信息至tg
4、脚本更新命令：

sudo vps-update

5、手动流量通知：

bash /opt/vps-monitor/vps_monitor.sh report

6、脚本命令：

bash <(curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/397552789/script/refs/heads/main/install.sh)
