Yes. The 3MS should work fine on the MKS SKIPR. You don't need an extra Pi just for the 3MS, but if your printer isn't running Klipper already you'll need to Klipperize it first (with a Pi).

This board has onboard Rockchip RK3328 SOC equipped with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. It will run Klipper without need for a separate PI...
