Katana Slicer 1.0.0 Pre-Alpha

This is the initial release of Katana Slicer which is 3dxtechs HT2 slicer built on forked Prusa Slicer code.
Release notes:

• Custom launcher and slicer theme
• Dual nozzle setup for E0 and E1
• Chamber temp control added
• Base profile for installer is for ABS and LTS2. More pre-release profiles are available at request.
