IMPORTANT CHANGE

• The notion of virtual / physical nodes is deprecated and have been removed
• Global degrees of freedom have been introduced at the problem level and replace the virtual nodes
• Periodic Boundary conditions and Rigid Tie constrainte automatically creates associated virtual nodes. Previous versions scripts that uses one of these two type of constraintes will not work anymore (see the examples in the constraint section to see how to update the codes)
