Changes:

• Add specs page
• Fixed windows animation speed button not working

Instructions:

• Do not use the PC-Utilities.exe file unless you want to install the applications manually
• Download and run the PC-Utilities-Installer.exe file to download and install everything for you, the output is a portable folder
• After installed, simply run the PC-Utilities.exe file inside of the PC-Utilities folder
• If the installer gets stuck on a step that is finished but isn't showing the DONE text, press Ctrl+C
