Two fixes for stale section indices that produce NSInternalInconsistencyException downstream of IGListBatchUpdateTransaction._reload — the IGListKit fallback path that runs when the section-count assertion in _didDiff:onBackground: would have aborted in 3.3.5.

Cell path (collectionView:cellForItemAtIndexPath:): the 3.3.6 guard now dequeues the placeholder cell rather than constructing it directly, so it carries a registered reuseIdentifier (TextureIGListKitExtensions.placeholderCell). UIKit asserts at UICollectionView.m:3930 ("The collection view's data source returned a cell without a reuseIdentifier.") for cells returned without one.

Supplementary path (collectionView:viewForSupplementaryElementOfKind:atIndexPath:): the same dequeue route is applied to elementKindSectionHeader and elementKindSectionFooter (TextureIGListKitExtensions.placeholderSupplementaryView). Custom supplementary kinds fall through to the legacy UICollectionReusableView() path that 3.3.4 introduced.

Placeholder registration is centralised in setCollectionNode(_:) for both the immediately-loaded and deferred onDidLoad paths. Both fixes ship with regression tests covering placeholder registration and the stale-section guard branches the unit-test environment can exercise.
