Included workflows

  • Image variations from an image file, render or viewport frame.
  • Reference images, masks and before/after comparison for image editing.
  • Image-to-video generation through supported cloud providers.
  • Local image workflows through a separately installed ComfyUI server.
  • Output review, History and saving images or video.

Requirements and scope

  • Windows. Installation, restart and removal checked in 3ds Max 2025; other versions have not been verified.
  • No 3DKLYN account or activation required.
  • Your own provider key and balance, or an existing ComfyUI setup with the required models.
  • Free personal, non-commercial evaluation under the existing beta licence. Client work and studio production are outside this beta permission. Provider charges and model licences are separate.

Install and update

Save your scene, start a fresh Max session, choose Scripting → Run Script, select the MZP, read the Personal Beta Terms and click Install beta. The plugin opens after installation; the toolbar button or Open-KLYN-Beta.ms opens it later.

Updates are manual. Restart Max before changing builds. Keep this exact MZP for Remove this beta, which preserves UserData.

Verification

SHA-256 of the MZP:

The local publication package and installer downloaded from the official website were checked and have this same SHA-256. Compare it with the independently published website checksum. The package is unsigned; the checksum is an integrity check, not a publisher certificate.

Known limits

Some models and advanced options are experimental. AI can change proportions and details in the returned image or video; inspect outputs against their source. Generated outputs do not edit scene geometry or materials. This distribution does not add an automatic updater or broaden compatibility claims.

This release republishes the existing 1.34.27 installer without changing its bytes. No new plugin fixes are claimed in this GitHub publication.

Report a reproducible issue with the version, build, Max version, provider, model and steps. Use private support for confidential details. Do not include API keys or passwords.
