FormulaTracer v0.1.1 is a release-engineering and public-project presentation update. It does not change FormulaTracer's mathematical or runtime semantics.

- bilingual GitHub Issue Forms and an explicit Issue/Discussion support policy;
- an explicit policy that external pull requests are not currently accepted;
