Teams can use native pstack and mstack in the same business repository with one verification contract per app.

  • Add the mstack-policy CLI for initialization, shared wrappers, project checks, worktree preflight, and verification receipts.
  • Keep contracts, feature maps, and helpers in .harness/verify/<app>/. Cursor and Codex share a neutral .agents/skills wrapper.
  • Export a standalone project checker for business CI, and route verification creation, maintenance, and Benny to the shared map.
  • Check command results, evidence digests, Git state, and stale receipts. Fix Windows path aliases, CRLF receipts, and linked npm launchers.

Adoption is explicit. Reinstall mstack skills and follow the adoption guide. Configure branch protection separately. App behavior still needs review beyond receipt checks.

Validation: 165 local tests pass with one expected Unix-only skip. Package checks, both pinned-source integrity checks, and a fresh tarball install with 17 command checks pass. The CI matrix covers Node 18 and 22 on Linux, macOS, and Windows, plus meta-mode Bun tests and typecheck.

The attached tarball is the verified npm publication artifact. The maintainer publishes it to npm separately.
