Floating tag for the RepoPulse GitHub Action. Use it in workflows as:

- uses: 3ssiri/RepoPulse@v1
  with:
    fail-under: "70"

This tag moves to the newest action release; pin to a full commit SHA for immutable builds. Package downloads live on the version releases (v0.3.6 and later). Docs: docs/github-action.md
