GitHub repository onboarding

Administrators can connect GitHub and choose repositories directly in Onboarding → Repository → Add GitHub repository or Settings → GitHub. Authorize GitHub CLI in the browser, then select a repository and review the revision to use. Additional repositories reuse the same connection.

The picker supports accessible private and organization repositories, uses each repository's default branch, and proposes a publishing destination when writable. Native Git credentials and signing setup are configured automatically. Credentials remain on your server; Aether's existing sign-in and administrator permissions are unchanged. Generic Git sources and local clones remain available.

Upgrade note: reviewed-commit adoption

workspace.mirror.adopt now requires expected_commit. CLI callers of aether workspace mirror adopt must pass --commit <reviewed-sha> alongside --generation and --yes. Obtain and review the commit from mirror status before adoption. The dashboard supplies it automatically.

This prevents a concurrent source refresh from accepting a revision the administrator has not reviewed. Update CLI and server together when using manual mirror adoption.

Other improvements

  • Restore agent-provided run titles, swarm navigation, and consistent Mine filtering in the explorer.
  • Load earlier ACP conversation history on scroll while preserving reading position.
  • Improve enhanced-run controller identity, avatars, ownership borders, and conversation layout.
  • Correct dashboard fonts and bundle missing agent-title symbols.
  • Recover unknown container-user reservations after a server restart.

Built from 115f3c2f004d5e3579bbb3b842b6c99c9067b5c9, with all 35 main CI jobs passing.
