HermesOS 20.0 Prerelease 2

Fixes:

• Registry update bug
• Boot args unnecessary spaces

Updates:

• Legacy download will install 15.1.1
• Kernel version updated to Hermes 2X (20.0) from Hermes Pure 5.0
• Added tape packager
• hmref renamed to hfunc
• Path system added to shell. Path directory must contain bin and man subdirectory

Known Issues:

• lec is not working. Therefore it is removed for now

• Installer will be available in near future.
