Fixes:

• ZLang installation

• System reset via Ctrl+C can be disabled by adding disable-sysreset to bootargs

• New registry key: USER/Shell/WelcomeMessage
• Version information is no longer dependent on registry
• Interface can now recognize third-party binary using SYSTEM/Path registry. Default is /System:/System/core.

Known Issues:

• lec is not working.
• Installer: diskutil command does not work
