This PR delivers four major site layout upgrades: 1) Sticky navigation header with backdrop blur and pretext fade, 2) Magazine posts grid featuring a 2-column wide Featured Article card, 3) Two-column post article layout with dynamic sticky Table of Contents (TOC) and active scrollSpy highlight, 4) Dynamic inline footnote popover.
