Initial release. Run the program to convert all spritesheets in individual 512x images.
Every sprite is upscaled to 480x and then given a 16 pixel border on all sides.
This tool only works on windows x64
Make sure you have .NET 8.0.2 or higher installed. You can get it here. (the Desktop Runtime will do just fine)
