When _resolve_repo_dir(task) returns None, this fallback still runs oz agent run without --cwd. I checked scripts/route.py:117-120: the router can select Oz for any task that merely has a repo, even without a local checkout, and the Oz CLI reference says local runs use the current working directory unless -C/--cwd is supplied. In scripts/metabolize.sh that cwd is $LIMEN_ROOT, so repo-only tasks dispatched through the new direct Oz path can execute against the limen checkout instead of the target repository; skip this fallback or require a resolved checkout before launching it.

When a local checkout is found, this new direct Oz fallback runs oz agent run with --cwd pointed at that checkout, bypassing the worktree isolation used by the local lanes. The Oz CLI docs describe oz agent run as operating in the current/--cwd directory for tasks that need to work with files, so an automated scripts/metabolize.sh cycle with Oz enabled can leave edits directly in the user's live repository while dispatch_tasks records the task as dispatched, with no commit/PR handoff. Use an isolated worktree here as well, or use a cloud/adapter path that does not mutate the live checkout.

This new direct-Oz health path reports the lane as reachable whenever the oz binary is on PATH, but the Oz CLI docs require an authenticated CLI session or WARP_API_KEY before agent runs can work. In a machine with Oz installed but logged out, route.py --apply will treat Oz as healthy, assign open tasks to it, and the subsequent live dispatch failure marks those tasks failed; mirror the Gemini/Copilot checks by probing oz whoami or requiring an auth env var before setting reachable=True.

FORCE-route-all-services.Extend route.py/dispatch so work fans across EVERY available paid agent: codex, claude, opencode, agy, gemini, jules, + copilot (FORCE-copilot-lane), + warp/oz (FORCE-warp-oz-lane), + GitHub Actions runners. Principle: no paid subscription/service sits idle while work exists. Add a 'capacity census' that lists every reachable agent each cycle.
