Release builds now include the signed Meguca user agent again.

Fixes

• awoo.cf HTTP posting bypass — CHANCE_UA_SECRET is loaded from gitignored .env at build time (Gradle on Android). +131/+132/+133 were built without the secret and had invalid UA signatures.
• Build tooling — .env.example, scripts/build_release_apk.sh, and automatic Gradle dart-defines injection.
