Bug-fix release. 1.0.0 could not enable on a live server; upgrade to this.

• SQLite driver is no longer relocated, fixing an UnsatisfiedLinkError on the first database open.
• No longer crashes on enable when LuckPerms or Vault is not installed.
• The verify button always responds now. Clearer console message when the verified role is misconfigured (a managed/bot role, missing Manage Roles, or the bot's role sitting too low).
• Tab completion for /invitereward.

Requires Paper 1.21 through 26.2 and Java 21+.
