Sharethumb Color & Font update

ShareThumb online service has changed its color & font settings. This release implements support for the new system.

• Removed fields: background_color, font_color, secondary_color
• Added fields: highlight_font, light_theme_font_color, dark_theme_font_color, light_theme_bg_color, dark_theme_bg_color
• Added color contrast check for theme color fields.
