Stable release (v1.0.3)

This new release fix an endpoint and introduce access to instrument search engine

The following modifications were made:

• Trade Republic team made a modification on their API for fetching the user's orders list (moving from REST to WebSocket), resulting in the loss of support on our side. Hopefully, the migration has also been made in our codebase. The relative endpoint is now working again! (#116859c)
• We added a new POST endpoint : /search-instruments. It gives you access to all information about instrument of any type (stock, ETF, crypto, ...) by typing a name (partial or complete), as long as the instrument is available in Trade Republic. (#1d74b46)
