At intheloop.io, your experience is our top priority. We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear, and we’ve been hard at work to address the issues you’ve reported. From fine-tuning the Loop Inbox to making it easier to manage attachments and drafts, we’ve put in the effort to ensure a smoother, more personalized experience. Below are the latest improvements and fixes we’ve rolled out, all thanks to your valuable input.

Loop Inbox: Now Tailored to You!

We listened to your feedback and revamped the Loop Inbox to be more private and personalized. Now, when you triage a conversation, it won’t affect how others see their Loop Inbox, and vice-versa. The migration to the new inbox may take up to a week. During this time, nothing will change for you, and you can continue using the Loop Inbox as usual. The new behavior will be fully in place by the end of the migration period.

Mentioning someone when replying to email

You can now easily mention someone in your email by typing @name. This automatically adds them to the “To” field.

Conversation Updates Notification

Stay informed about conversation updates while replying, ensuring you have all the information needed to provide the best response.

Quickly Find Any Attachment

Every attachment in a conversation is now just two clicks away using the “View Attachments” option under the action button.

Personalize Your Attachments Experience!

Whether you prefer your attachments at the top, the bottom, with previews, or without, you can now personalize exactly where and how you see them in your conversations. Head over to the new Conversations tab under settings to set your preferences.

Drafts All in One Place

Finally, all your drafts—yes, even those pesky draft replies—are neatly organized in the dedicated Drafts folder for easy access.

Smoother Conversation Reading

We’ve sped up the loading of email threads and minimized system message clutter. Plus, conversations should now open right where you expect them to, making your reading experience smoother than ever.

More Conversation Options

Dive into the new settings section to tweak your conversation experience. You can now ensure the full email history is always shown when replying to an email (don’t worry, quick reply is still the same). Plus, you can jump straight to the newest unread message instead of the oldest.

More Formatting Options Than Ever

We’ve added a format painter and made it easier than ever to edit tables. Your emails just got a style upgrade!

Stay Notified, Always

Never miss a beat—now you can opt to receive notifications on your desktop even when you’re working within the app. Check out the notifications preferences to stay in the loop!

Bug Fixes Galore

We’ve squashed some bugs to improve how you view, save, and send attachments, how your settings were being managed, and several display issues that were causing you headaches when reading emails.
