To help build:
- Read CONTRIBUTING.md and the Code of Conduct.
- If you are (or run) an agent, read AGENTS.md.
- Specs are the source of truth: docs/foundation. Work starts from a written task.
- Changes are tests-first. CI must be green. Security-sensitive changes get an independent review.
Never commit secrets or details of unfixed vulnerabilities. This repository is public.
