Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/51cat/metaG.git

2. Install the software:

   cd ./metaG
   conda create -n my_cenv python=3.10

3. Run the installation script (depending on internet speed, may take 30-60 minutes):

   conda activate my_cenv
   bash install.sh
